Sixteen winners from six markets were honoured at the 6th Asia Trusted Life Agents & Advisers Awards (the Awards) ceremony. The deserving winners edged out over 280 nominations from 17 markets. Winners emerged from Hong Kong, Vietnam, Singapore, Thailand and Taiwan, and came from leading insurance companies including AIA, Cathay Life, Manulife, Nan Shan Life, and Prudential.

The Awards offers a neutral regional platform to recognise the best in life insurance agency and advisory across Asia. The esteemed judging panel was made up of 27 CEOs, senior executives, heads of associations and industry experts, and the rigorous and transparent two-stage judging process was audited by EY.

Asia Insurance Review CEO Ms Sheela Suppiah said, “The need for insurance is now even more important and despite tighter wallets and the recessionary climate, agents have continued full steam ahead to ensure clients are protected.
