She used to work in many different senior positions as Chief Accounting Officer of Matec Co., Deputy Chief Investment Officer of Petrovietnam Finance Group (PVFC, now called PVcomBank), Deputy Director of PVFC Thang Long Branch, Deputy General Director of PVFC Invest, CEO & Member of Director Broad of PVCB Capital.

Ms. Thuy has a Master of Business Administration degree from National Economics University.
