Mr. Nguyen Hung Dung has more than 30 years of experience in Oil and Gas industry, previously held Head of Planning and Investment Department, Deputy General Director, General Director of Petrovietnam Technical Services Corporation, Deputy General Director of Vietnam Oil and Gas Group. He received title of Labor Order second class, Labor Hero, Certificate of Merit from Prime Minister, Ministry of Industry and Trade.

Mr. Dung holds a Ph.D of Computer Science from Russian Academy of Sciences, Bachelor of Economics degree at National Economics University and Engineer of Maritime degree at Vietnam Maritime University.
