Mr. Doan Minh Phung has professional knowledge and experience in insurance teaching. He was Lecturer of Insurance Department of Hanoi University of Finance and Accountancy, Department Deputy Head, Department Head, Faculty Associate Dean and now is Faculty Dean of Banking and Insurance at Academy of Finance. He was appointed expert at Insurance Association of Vietnam (IAV), arbitrator at the Vietnam International Arbitration Center (VIAC), member of Drafting committee for amendment of Law on insurance business. He has many scientific works and publication such as the Curriculum of non-life insurance, Analysis on Institute of London underwriters’s Cargo clauses, other researches and journals.

Mr. Phung holds a Ph.D in Finance and Banking degree, a Master of Finance and Credit degree at Academy of Finance, a Bachelor of Finance and Credit at University of Finance and Accountancy, along with trainings from French federation of Insurance companies (FFSA) and French national school of Insurance (ENASS).
