Mr. Do Van Kieu has nearly 40 years of working at government administrative agencies. He held Deputy Head of Ha Tay Province’s Economic Inspection Department and Deputy Chief Inspector of Insurance Supervisory Authority – Ministry of Finance.

Mr. Kieu holds a Bachelor of Economics degree at National Economics University and a Bachelor of Laws degree at Hanoi University of Finance and Accountancy.
