Mr. Ha Vu Hien has nearly 40 years working experience in general insurance field, previously held Deputy Head of Fire & Technical insurance department and Head of Petroleum & Aviation insurance department at Vietnam Insurance Corporation, Deputy General Director of Bao Viet Tokio Marine Insurance Company, Senior assistant to the Board of Bao Viet Insurance Corporation, Teaching collaborator of Insurance Supervisory Authority – Ministry of Finance.

Mr. Hien has a Mechanical Engineer degree at Ha Noi University of Transport and Communications, a Bachelor of English degree at University of Education, as well as some certificates from Ministry of Finance and other organizations.
